ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To amicably handle the customer
- To understand / analyze the nature of all channel Transactions reported by the customers
- To understand the rightness of the transaction executed in the account across all the channels.
- To ensure that the conversation of the customer is understood and documented appropriately across all platforms such as Dialer / TT / Excel.
- Caller to understand the Telephone Etiquette while on calls, To ensure all compliance metrics are strictly adhered without any deviation.
- To meet the set target.
- Must be open for Rotational shifts.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- UG regular in any specialization.
- To have excellent communication skills.
- Multilingual proficiency will be an added advantage ( Hindi, Telugu, Kannada)
- Soft skills are mandatory.
- Excellent learning /adapting skills
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- To liaise with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the process.
