 We’re Hiring: District Manager in Bengaluru for Retail Stores

📍 Location: Bengaluru

Licious is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced District Manager to lead and grow multiple retail locations within an assigned geography. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in multi-unit retail operations and is passionate about driving performance through people, process, and customer experience.

🔹 Role Overview

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a cluster of stores. You’ll lead and develop Store Managers, ensure operational excellence, drive sales and profitability, and deliver a consistently superior customer experience across all locations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve individual and district-level goals

2. Drive sales, profitability, and execution of business and promotional strategies

3. Ensure adherence to operational standards, inventory control, safety, and compliance

4. Champion a customer-first culture and resolve escalations effectively

Manage budgets, control costs, and track key performance metrics (sales, labor, shrinkage)

5. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews

Partner with cross-functional teams on hiring, training, and local marketing initiatives

6. Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 5+ years of retail management experience, with 2–3 years in a multi-store / district role

2. Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

3. Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational efficiency

4. Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making ability

5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district

6. Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
